Strawberries are so sweet on their own, you won’t even miss the added sugar found in store bought strawberry ice cream. Strawberries comply with most of the popular meal plans and are packed with antioxidants, fiber, and vitamins. This recipe is the perfect combination of sweet and creamy and so good to share!
For this recipe, you will need a food processor.
Makes 4-5 servings
3 cups frozen Strawberries
1 cup Coconut Milk
2 tsp Vanilla Extract
In your food processor, combine all ingredients. Pulse a few times, then blend for 1-2 minutes. Stop and scrape down the sides. Continue to mix, stopping to scrape down the sides as needed. This will take 5-7 minutes. The result is an unbelievably sweet treat.
