Top any of your favorite desserts with vanilla ice cream. It’s even better than whipped cream! Homemade ice cream adds a bit more love to all your homemade desserts.
Note: for a creamier ice cream, substitute more coconut milk plus an additional tsp of vanilla extract for the almond milk.
Ingredients:
1 can full fat coconut milk
1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1/4 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp sea salt

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk together. Cover with plastic wrap touching the mixture and place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Set your ice cream maker to ice cream and pour your mixture in. If you time it just right, your ice cream will be done just as you are taking your peach cobbler or brownies out of the oven.
