2-3 Sweet Potatoes scrubbed
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Preheat oven to 400°
Wash and dry sweet potatoes.
Cut ends off and in half long ways.
Slice into wedges.
In your baking dish or sheet pan, combine sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Spread out wedges skin side down.
Bake for 20 minutes.
