Chicken Nuggets- grain free, dairy free, gluten free

Homemade Chicken nuggets are a quick dinner that everyone in your family is going to love. Making them at home, you get to decide which chicken, which ingredients, and best of all- they’re fresh! These little nuggets are super easy to make in a pinch, and enjoy with your favorite BBQ sauce or Honey Mustard dressing.
This chicken nugget recipe is a treat leaving the chicken juicy and delicious with each bite.

Ingredients-
1-2 lbs boneless chicken
1 cup Blanched Almond Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Ground Mustard
1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Preheat oven to 400°
Using kitchen sheers, cut boneless chicken breasts into small pieces, 2 bite size, onto a plate with a paper towel to pat dry. Put all ingredients, except chicken, in a bowl or bag and mix together.

Line a baking dish or cookie sheet with parchment. Start dropping the chicken pieces into the mix 5-10 pieces at a time. Coat with the mix and set on the lined baking dish.


Bake for 15 minutes. Take out of the oven, flip each piece. Put the chicken back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.

Try these with Sweet Potato Fries on top of some greens with your favorite ranch dressing and some toasted coconut.
