1-2 lbs boneless chicken
1 cup Blanched Almond Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Ground Mustard
1 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
Preheat oven to 400°
Using kitchen sheers, cut boneless chicken breasts into small pieces, 2 bite size, onto a plate with a paper towel to pat dry. Put all ingredients, except chicken, in a bowl or bag and mix together.
Line a baking dish or cookie sheet with parchment. Start dropping the chicken pieces into the mix 5-10 pieces at a time. Coat with the mix and set on the lined baking dish.
Bake for 15 minutes. Take out of the oven, flip each piece. Put the chicken back in the oven for an additional 5 minutes.
You’ll find tons of uses for Nutritional Yeast once you start cooking with it. Almond flour goes quick in our kitchen and well, do you ever have enough cookie sheets?
