90 second bread recipe: 1 tsp olive oil in small glass dish, mix in 3 Tbsp of almond flour, 1/4 tsp baking soda, 1/4 tsp apple cider vinegar, pinch of salt and one egg.
Pop in microwave for 90 seconds, let cool, slice into two and crisp up in a fry pan.

BONUS: Here’s a jelly tip for you!

Here’s the deal… added sugar is abundant in everything processed. True, there are some jellies and jams that boast “no sugar added” or “all fruit”, but is there more than 1 ingredient? Odds are YES.

Truth be told, most of the time when I want some jelly with my peanut butter, it’s been gluten contaminated. So, here’s a little trick to try with ingredients you have on hand.

FROZEN FRUIT. That’s it! Take a little cup of frozen berries, pop it in the microwave for a minute and there you go- jelly. The berries get mushy and you can easily mash them. Grab them with a fork and drink the juice or use it to sweeten your cup of tea.
